1、招標文件一般都不是在網上公布的，一般情況下，網上公布的都是招標公告、資格預審公告內容。文件要到招標公司購買。除交流學習的能在網上找到，一般沒有的。
2、投標文件，一般涉及投標人的商務、技術秘密，是沒有人給你提供的。另外，投標人一般都是提供書面紙質的投標書。
3、圖紙之類的，更是紙質的，投標人一般情況下，也得不到圖紙的電子版，它涉及設計院的知識產權保護問題。
